I’ve been coming to James Bushell for 8 years and Lucy has been my stylist the whole time. When she moved to another salon, I followed her without hesitation because I trust her completely with my hair. Lucy is incredibly talented, always so accommodating, and she just knows exactly what I want every time. She listens, gives great advice, and the results are consistently amazing. I leave the salon feeling so happy with my hair. Not only is she brilliant at what she does, but she’s also lovely and makes every appointment a really enjoyable experience. After 8 years I wouldn’t go anywhere else and couldn’t recommend Lucy highly enough!

Jamie has been my hairdresser for many years - in my opinion he's the best colourist in Solihull, if not the world. The salon is lovely and everyone who works there is knowledgeable and friendly. Georgie always does my cut and my hair always looks incredible when I leave. I wouldn't be seen dead in another salon. EVER. :)

Mia Parish is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. She has done my hair twice now after being recommended by a friend. The last time, I had my hair dyed and cut, and I absolutely love the colour. I wash my hair every two days and it still hasn’t faded at all, which says a lot. My hair is also healthier than it has ever been.

I honestly can’t recommend Mia enough. From the moment I arrived, she really looked after me and made me feel comfortable in the salon. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and explained everything clearly, which not many salons do, and it made such a difference. I was quite nervous about my colour due to past experience, but Mia absolutely smashed it. The tone is perfect, soft, and natural, and my hair feels so healthy. The whole experience was amazing and I left feeling so confident and in love with my hair. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, listens, and delivers exactly what you ask for, Mia is the one. I’ll 100% be back.
